It is a very good lens. Just because a lens does not cost $1000 does not mean it is not a good one.
There are only two fisheye lenses available for the D80 at this time ... One is the Nikkor 10.5 mm fisheye lens and the other is a 10-17 mm fisheye zoom by Tokina
